Hey there, I am Hannah Bright, a qualified personal trainer, nutritional advisor and menopause support coach. I am SO passionate about helping women to feel their very best, most confident, energised, happiest and healthy selves. 

I have helped change the bodies, minds and lives of hundreds of females over the 10 years I have been working as a coach and will continue to change as many women’s lives as I can.

Many women stop prioritising themselves once they have a family and a busy career, always putting others first and feeling guilty or selfish when contemplating doing anything for themselves. 

I aim to help these women realise that putting their health and happiness first isn’t selfish, but in fact crucial to be able to support everyone else around them.

As a client of ours, you will build healthy habits for life, never going back to a fad diet or Yo-yo-ing again. We integrate movement that you love into your daily routines, there is no one size fits all approach, we will work together to find what you enjoy most. 

Mind set and your mental happiness is just as important as the physical stuff, so we work in-depth in this area too. 

I offer 121 coaching completely tailored to you. I will help you find the time to commit, I will educate you, keep you accountable and get you results.
