Group Coaching Option -

10 Week Kickoff 2024

Here’s what to expect:

⧁ This is a group coaching programme. You will join a private group WhatsApp group as well as a private Facebook group, exclusive to the members only.
⧁ You will have your own personalised training / movement programme, which can be either home workout based, or gym workout based.
⧁ You receive your own personalised calorie intake target

and protein target. This may be changed throughout the 10 weeks too.
⧁ You will be educated on how to hit calorie/macro targets and optimal nutrition
⧁ You will receive a copy of ‘The Nutrition Bible’ I have created.
⧁ There are weekly group check ins, with individual feedback.
⧁ You will gain access to a library of pre-recorded HIIT workouts, for you to do at any time
⧁ There will be weekly Q&A session you can participate in.
⧁ You will receive your own personalised app for workouts and to update progress
⧁ Access to me via whatssap daily for support
